Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview This Customer Policy Overview outlines the terms and conditions that apply when purchasing a song. By placing an order, customers agree to comply with these policies. 2. Ordering and Payment - Orders are subject to acceptance dependant on the date you need the song by. Please allow 2 weeks for your song to be finished including any revisions you may want. - If you need the song finished within 7 days, an extra charge of £50 will be added. - Full payment of the service you have chosen must be received after you and Savannah have spoken through email, text or phone call and agreed that your inquiry has been accepted. - Savannah will communicate with you throughout the creation of your song to make sure it's sounding how you would like it to, therefore completion time of the song could vary depending on how fast you reply. If you do not respond quickly, your song will take longer than 2 weeks to be finished. 3. Refunds - No refund will be issued to you if you and Savannah agree that the song is complete. - If you purchase a package and decide that you do not want it before Savannah has started work on it, you will be given a full refund. - If you would like to cancel whilst Savannah is writing your song, you will need to state your reason for cancelling to determine whether a full refund will be given to you. 4. Copyright - Savannah maintains ownership of the song, so you may not publish it on any streaming platform such as Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music and any site where you can stream music. - You may post the song on social media and share it
